Here’s our hourly pricing, so you get no surprises.

All prices are excl GST.

We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card. All invoices are due within 7 days.

  • For work between 8am - 5pm

    $150 + gst call out fee.

    This is our minimum charge and covers up to the first hour onsite and includes any travel cost (up to 30 minutes of travel).

    $23.75 + gst for every 15 minutes after the first hour.

  • $350 + gst call out fee.

    This is our minimum charge and covers up to the first hour onsite and includes travel time for 30 minutes from Plimmerton (we can get almost anywhere in the greater Wellington region in that time).

    $47.50 + gst for every 15 minutes after the first hour.

  • $800 + gst surcharge.

    A one off surcharge will apply to public holiday call outs of $800 + gst. We have this charge to cover the cost of the day in lieu our team gets for working hard on a public holiday.

    This will bring the first hour charge to $850 + gst if we attend a call out on a public holiday.
