FAQs

  • $350 + gst call out fee.

    This is our minimum charge and covers up to the first hour onsite and includes travel time for 30 minutes from Plimmerton (we can get almost anywhere in the greater Wellington region in that time).

    $47.50 + gst for every 15 minutes after the first hour.

    Please note: A public holiday surcharge of $800 will apply on public holidays.

  • As soon as we have availability someone will be on the job. We aim to be onsite within 2 hours from your call.
